This castle is in Crawford county a few miles off State highway 131 south , then a few miles more east on county hwy W, and then left onto a gravel road near the top of a hill and it sits on the left side of the road. The back is built down the side of the ridge a few stories facing a non- inhabited valley. Cannot see but a bit of the back from further on the gravel road. I think a man and his son built it.

I have more information about the Unknown Castle in Crawford County. This castle was built by my fatherís friend, David Zirbel. He built it both as a present to his wife Lynne, and as a showpiece for his construction firm HVB ICF Contractors, which uses proprietary techniques to build large structures from cement. Iíve been inside, and it is set up like a hunting lodge on the inside. The turret on the far right hand side of the picture is only accessible via a sliding bookcase Ė very cool.
Does anyone have any information about this castle?
