Are you aware Princeton University has a Castle? In Princeton, NJ (a few minutes away from where I used to live) Princeton Graduate College.
On 12-14-07, I received E-Mail that said:
Princeton is well worth visiting.
Magnificent place! It’s like being in medieval Europe. The entire town looks pretty much like this pictures.

It is open to public and even all their museums are free of charge. You can come for a free tour of the university also, especially if you are afraid to get lost in this place (it’s very possible!)
