Back in the late 70s I worked for the then owner of the Abercrombie castle Dr. N J Harrick He was doing his dammed best to restore the castle. I remember working down in the basement one winter day, I had to go upstairs to the office to ask Dr. Harrick a question. There he was sitting at his desk wearing a ski parka, hat and gloves. I thought this must be the reason people don't live in castles.
